Lydia Bates joined Schwartz Brothers in 2005, and in her role as Personal Lines Account Executive she provides our personal lines customers and agents with proficient and professional service. Extremely detail oriented, Lydia processes most endorsements and new business transactions, issues certificates, and remains current with the latest industry developments.
 
Lydia has maintained a Property and Casualty Producers License for over 20 years, and also is a Designated Insurance Advisor – successfully completed INS 1, 2, & 3. She brings more than seven years experience as a personal lines department customer service representative, and a countersignature technician for out of state risk, verifying licenses of local agents that placed out of state business.
